Our
custom QA process begins at the initial stages of operation
and continues throughout the production process. Our
employees longevity and experience promote one of the
lowest rejection rates in the industry.
At
each stage of the process our employee inspectors compare
product to design specs, laser operators inspect product
with drawing, after our mechanic fabricates the part
it is reinspected and the inspections continue through
the welding or finishing and deburring departments.
The final inspection takes place when the packaging
department prepares the item for shipping. |
